Our History

It was early 2009. A small group of professionals and entrepreneurs were discussing what best can be done for the society at large in Bihar. Amongst various needs of the society two appeared very important to the group. They were Education and Health.

The prevailing condition of academics in Bihar at that time was the migration of large population of young talent from Bihar to Delhi and other states for higher education and advanced training. Group also observed that a sizable population of talented people were left behind because of their non-affordability for such migration. That population was dominated by professionally educated women. The team decided to bring training opportunity of advanced IT technology at the door steps of those who could not afford to go out of state due to their constraints.

We identified C-DAC, Pune as the most suitable Organization to get associated with. C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) is the premier research & development organization of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. It was established in 1988 to build Supercomputers such as PARAM. With their deep-rooted knowledge of Computer and Software, they developed and started imparting advanced training in the area of IT and associated technologies initially thru their own Centers and later thru highly scrutinized partners. This organization is committed to nation building and is the first Indian government agency that has expanded its training horizons globally.

We, created a unit called CAREER FORESIGHT, Patna and signed an agreement with C-DAC, Pune in 2009. With this we became the first Authorized Training Centre (ATC) of C-DAC in Bihar. Since then CAREER FORESIGHT has been providing quality education to those who are aspiring to make a career in the IT industry. We have produced computer professionals at all levels with diverse expertise.

Another pressing need the team visualized was Health awareness of the common population of Bihar. The team decided this as the second core activity area and thus the name was chosen as “Sai Educational and Health Awareness Trust”.

Soon the trust was formed it started working on the first part dedicatedly. The Health awareness activity was kept at the ground level thru the mentors of the group to understand the needs and put the formal action in place afterwords.
